Job Summary

Responsible for managing Colorado's commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Product Consultant will oversee product development, implementation, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs while leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Serve as a product subject matter expert, translating requirements into compliant benefit designs and managing vendor relationships
• Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts and support the annual product cycle for various lines of business

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience in strategy development and execution within the health care industry
• Strong understanding of product policy and benefit administration
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
