Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Product Consultant IV will manage product development, implementation, and strategy for various lines of business while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and aligning offerings with customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs while managing vendor relationships
- Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts and support the annual product cycle for the commercial portfolio
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
- Strong understanding of product policy and regulatory compliance
- Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
