Job Summary
Providing leadership and operational support, the full-time Colorado Licensed Program Supervisor will oversee a team delivering community-based and child welfare services, focusing on staff development, service delivery assessment, and collaboration with community partners in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide supervision, coaching, and support to assigned staff
- Monitor staff productivity, service delivery, and documentation compliance
- Collaborate with the Program Director on operational and clinical priorities
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field eligible for clinical licensure
- Supervisory experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience providing child welfare services to children and families preferred
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass required background checks
