Job Summary

Leading a team of up to 40-60 contract and W2 PMHNPs, the full-time Colorado Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Manager in Women's Mental Health will oversee program improvements, conduct provider recruitment and training, and provide up to 5 hours of direct patient care weekly in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of PMHNPs through regular check-ins and quality management
• Lead provider recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure high-quality care across all providers

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNC)
• 2+ years of clinical management experience, preferably with remote healthcare teams
• Expertise in women's mental health, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
• Experience with provider recruitment, training, and team development
• Quality improvement and performance management experience
