Colorado Licensed Registered Dietitian
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the contract Colorado Licensed Registered Dietitian will provide nutritional health care for pregnant and postpartum patients through telemedicine, conducting individual and group therapy sessions while developing protocols for nutritional support.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Nutritional Health Care Provider for pregnancy and postpartum patients
- Conduct 1:1 and group therapy visits focused on nutritional health
- Create protocols and safety measures for a telemedicine-based nutritional health support system
Required qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed to practice in Colorado; active registration in Colorado Medicaid system is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in pregnancy-related nutrition, including managing Gestational Diabetes and Type I and II Diabetes
- Experience providing virtual patient care and availability for phone and video meetings
