Job Summary
Experienced Colorado Licensed Senior Architects will find a full-time opportunity in Lone Tree, CO, focusing on managing architectural design for various industrial buildings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with project standards, budget, and schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage architectural design projects, balancing aesthetics, function, and cost while ensuring compliance with Kiewit standards
- Collaborate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other teams to deliver integrated building designs throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct life safety and code analysis, coordinating design items with authorities and mentoring junior architects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program and a current registered architect license
- Minimum of 10+ years of architectural design experience in a multi-disciplined A/E firm or general contracting environment
- Experience with various building types, including data centers, hospitals, and nuclear facilities, is highly desired
- Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Navisworks, along with experience in scheduling and budget management
- Strong experience in leading projects from design through construction administration and mentoring junior staff
