Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and strategies to effectively defend significant cases
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys while cultivating client relationships
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active Colorado Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven trial experience and ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
