Job Summary
Seeking a Colorado Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will manage high-value insurance defense litigation, independently handle court appearances and trials, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a supportive and technologically advanced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes and strategies to effectively counter plaintiff arguments
- Independently manage all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and trials
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced attorneys while maintaining routine client communications
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school
- Active Colorado Bar license with 8+ years of insurance defense and litigation experience
- Proven trial experience and ability to handle full case responsibilities
- Experience with litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
