Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end advice delivery and participant engagement strategy, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Senior Director of Advice will oversee multiple Senior Managers, drive enterprise metrics, and ensure consistent operational excellence across Workplace Planning & Advice teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution across all levels of Workplace Planning & Advice teams
- Drive enterprise metrics including asset retention, managed account adoption, and participant engagement
- Develop campaign strategies and performance management approaches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 required
- 7+ years of experience in retirement services, advice leadership, or participant strategy
- 3+ years of experience leading multi-team, multi-function environments
- Proven experience in campaign management or advisory services development
