Colorado Licensed Senior Medical Lead

Job Summary

To provide clinical leadership and mentorship in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Colorado Licensed Senior Medical Lead will support new providers, champion PLH policies, and facilitate clinical compliance while managing day-to-day operations and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as an advanced clinical resource and mentor, guiding providers on clinical care and documentation standards
• Lead virtual training and onboarding for new medical providers, ensuring adherence to workflows and compliance expectations
• Collaborate with the Director of Compliance to support quality improvement efforts and maintain clinical protocols

Required qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience as a PLH Medical Lead
• Proven excellence in clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Strong ability to provide mentorship and constructive feedback to peers
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with various teams within the organization
