Colorado Licensed Trial Attorney
Job Summary
To represent insured clients in all phases of litigation, the full-time Colorado Licensed Trial Attorney will manage moderate to high exposure General Liability and Commercial Auto cases while working fully remote in Colorado.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and try cases, including initial investigation, legal analysis, and advice
- Conduct pre-trial discovery, hearings, and trials, as well as post-trial activities
- Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership and training across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor with 7 or more years of litigation experience
- Member in good standing of the Colorado State Bar
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools like Lexis or Westlaw
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation
- Proven track record of effective settlement and trial skills
