Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health practice, the part-time Virtual Per Diem IOP Therapist will provide telehealth services, including group and individual therapy, while developing treatment plans and conducting assessments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care

Required qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Valid Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Experience providing group therapy, preferably in a virtual setting
• Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual environments and adapt interventions for telehealth
• Willingness to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians if eligible based on licensure status
