Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health practice, the part-time Virtual Evening Per Diem Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services through telehealth, focusing on group therapy coverage and individual client support as needed, while working remotely within a flexible schedule of up to 10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including group and individual therapy, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Required qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Valid independent licensure in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy, preferably in virtual settings
• Comfort and competence with technology, including HIPAA-compliant video platforms
• Willingness to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians, if eligible
