Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Colorado Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims in accordance with policies and regulations
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity promptly to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
