Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Colorado Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with involved parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure compliance with clients' and corporate policies, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
