Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Colorado Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with involved parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Ensure effective communication and resolution among all parties involved in the claim process
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
