Key responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while applying analytical skills
- Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcomes of claims
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
