Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with clients and claimants to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all applicable jurisdictions
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
