To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants and clients in Colorado.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims effectively
- Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed in Colorado for handling claims
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
