Colorado Policy Senior Strategist
Job Summary
To support health policy initiatives, the full-time Colorado Policy Senior Strategist will conduct complex policy research and analysis, lead policy implementation projects, and develop actionable recommendations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently conduct and lead complex research and analysis of federal and state legislation and regulations affecting health policy
- Lead designated policy implementation initiatives, providing consultation and support across various business areas
- Design and conduct research and evaluation projects to assess policy impacts and inform program development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; graduate degree preferred
- Seven or more years of experience in public policy, policy research, or health policy
- Demonstrated experience in conducting complex policy and regulatory research
- Experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act and health insurance exchanges preferred
