Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Development Consultant will manage the development, implementation, and strategic positioning of health plan products while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
- Manage cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
- Experience in conducting market and competitive analyses
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and support regional initiatives
