Colorado Product Development Consultant

Job Summary

To manage the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Development Consultant will oversee product development, implementation, and compliance for various lines of business while collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting market analyses.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product designs, leading enhancements and annual changes while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product strategy and monitor success criteria throughout the product lifecycle
• Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts, including stakeholder training and resolution of product-related inquiries

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields, or eight (8) years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Strong analytical skills for conducting market analysis and developing data-driven insights
