Colorado Product Development Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Development Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic product positioning guidance
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee cross-functional implementation efforts, including stakeholder training and issue resolution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, and management, or related fields
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
• Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
