Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Development Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and annual changes
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to ensure products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts for product strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
- Experience with strategy development and execution in a health care context
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in health care benefits
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop insights for product lifecycle management
