Job Summary

To manage Colorado's commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Development Consultant will oversee product development, implementation, and enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Serve as a subject matter expert, translating regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs and providing strategic product positioning guidance
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Strong understanding of health care compliance and product performance
• Ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform product strategies
