Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and portfolio strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain plan designs and lead portfolio enhancements while conducting market and competitive analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts, including stakeholder training and resolution of product-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field, or eight (8) years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Ability to conduct data analysis and market research to inform product strategies
