Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs while leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships to deliver successful product strategies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or eight years of experience without a degree
• Experience in health care, product development, strategy execution, or related fields
• Strong understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Ability to conduct market and competitive analyses effectively
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
