Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with market needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic product positioning guidance
• Manage vendor relationships and support cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, and management, or related fields
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, sales, or marketing
• Strong understanding of health care compliance and product performance
• Ability to conduct data analysis and market research to inform product strategies
