Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements, while conducting market analyses and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Colorado's commercial product offerings, leading portfolio enhancements and annual changes
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to ensure products align with business objectives and customer needs
• Serve as a product subject matter expert, translating regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs and managing vendor relationships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields, or eight (8) years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in product management and strategy development
• Knowledge of health care insurance and benefit administration
• Ability to conduct data analysis and market research
