Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with market needs and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain plan designs while leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage vendor relationships and facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience with strategy development and execution in product management
• Strong knowledge of health care compliance and benefit administration
• Ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform product strategy
