Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and strategic alignment with business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Translate regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
- Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships for ancillary products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
- Advanced understanding of product policy and administration
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
