Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will develop, manage, and implement product offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic product positioning guidance
- Manage vendor relationships and lead cross-functional implementation efforts for product-related initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
- Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
- Ability to conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product strategies
