Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
- Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships to support product strategies and market solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
- Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
- Proven ability to conduct market and competitive analyses
