Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To manage Colorado's commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will oversee product development, implementation, and strategic alignment with business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product designs, leading enhancements and annual changes based on market analysis
• Serve as a product subject matter expert, translating regulatory requirements into competitive benefit designs
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
• Strong understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
