Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the primary steward for the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will develop, manage, and implement product offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships for ancillary products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
• Strong understanding of health care compliance and product development life cycle
• Ability to gather and analyze data to inform product strategy and performance
