Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs and lead portfolio enhancements based on market analysis and competitive insights
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant product offerings and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships while supporting regional and enterprise initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields, or eight (8) years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in health care insurance, health plan administration, or benefit policy preferred
• Strong analytical skills to conduct market and competitive analyses
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration
