Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant and competitive benefit designs while providing strategic guidance
• Manage vendor relationships and support cross-functional implementation efforts, ensuring operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
