Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs and lead portfolio enhancements for Colorado's commercial product offerings
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals
• Serve as a subject matter expert, translating regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs and managing cross-functional implementation efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, and management, or a related field
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
