Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic product positioning guidance
- Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships for ancillary products
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
- Strong knowledge of health care compliance and product performance
- Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
