Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and align them with market needs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs and lead portfolio enhancements for Colorado's commercial product offerings
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to ensure products meet business objectives and customer needs
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
• Strong understanding of health care compliance and benefit administration
• Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform product strategies
