Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain plan designs while leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships, ensuring successful product strategies for Colorado customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields; or eight (8) years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Strong understanding of health care compliance and product performance
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
