Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

As the primary steward for the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage the development, implementation, and enhancement of commercial product offerings while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
• Experience with strategy development and execution in a health care context
• Strong understanding of product policy and benefit administration
• Ability to analyze data and market conditions to drive product insights
