Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will oversee product development, management, and implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs while managing vendor relationships for ancillary products
• Facilitate product training and change management, ensuring alignment with predefined strategies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
