Job Summary
To manage Colorado's commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will oversee product development, implementation, and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic product positioning guidance
- Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships for ancillary products
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or consulting
- Proficiency in applied data analysis and market analysis
- Strong understanding of product development life cycle and compliance requirements
