Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage the development, implementation, and enhancement of product offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and manage vendor relationships for ancillary products
• Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
• Strong understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Experience in conducting market analysis and developing data-driven insights
• Ability to manage complex projects and facilitate team collaboration
