Job Summary

To manage Colorado's commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of product offerings while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Serve as a subject matter expert, translating regulatory requirements into competitive benefit designs and managing vendor relationships
• Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts, including operational readiness and stakeholder training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Strong understanding of health care compliance and product performance
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
