Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage the development, implementation, and enhancement of product offerings while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Serve as a product subject matter expert, translating requirements into compliant benefit designs and managing vendor relationships
• Facilitate cross-functional implementation efforts and support product strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Strong understanding of health care compliance and product performance metrics
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and facilitate team collaboration
