Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product designs, leading enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs while providing strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships for ancillary products

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience in strategy development and execution
• Strong understanding of product policy and benefit administration
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
