Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support Colorado's commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic product positioning guidance
• Lead cross-functional implementation efforts, ensuring operational readiness and managing vendor relationships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields, or eight years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in health care insurance, health plan administration, or benefit administration preferred
• Strong understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration
• Ability to conduct data analysis and market assessments to inform product strategies
