Job Summary
To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and enhancements while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
- Translate regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs and manage cross-functional implementation efforts
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate product performance and develop strategic recommendations for product positioning
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
- Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or marketing
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and competitive analyses
